Hiking Trip to Watersmeet near Lynton, Devon, UK

The Exmoor region in south-western England is famous because of its ponies, the Exmoor ponies. We had rented a holiday-house in Lynton and left our tent at home. But of course we put your walking shoes in our luggage, too. On the first sunny day, yet before we visited the ponies, we started a circular walk, which led us through diverse terrain 17 km long and a tourist attraction, the Watersmeet. (more…)
