A small and excellent museum is hosted by the German National Library, in the south of Leipzig. The German Book and Writing Museum presented in a modern way the history of letters, hand writing and book printing. The enthusiasm for gemstones especially one of our children shares with the exhibitors at the terra mineralia, the mineral exhibition in the castle Freudenstein in Freiberg, Saxony. 3500 stones are exhibited in three floors. Gemstones of all sizes and colours are beautifully presented. (more…)
